After a quick trip to the park, we met Grandpa and Daddy for lunch at Crosswinds Cafe. Its the best kept secret of RDU- comfy, up close action while you eat your lunch!
Later that night, AP's softball team and their families all went to the Durham Bulls game. Hot Momma and family kept Parker for a sleepover so we could stay until the fireworks. Which due to the longest game in history, they didn't start until 11:15PM. However, Will had friends that stayed as well and was wide awake for the action! Thanks Grimes family for having a sleepover with P!
Saturday morning we celebrated Mother's Day with Granny with Jersey Mike's picnic and boat ride. It was so nice out and the rain held off all day long :)
Aunt Amy, Adam and Will were the bravest of them all by swimming in the chilly water!
After church on Sunday, we celebrated with MiMi by eating lunch on the rooftop of Raleigh Times. Lunch was delicious and we could watch the Food Truck Rodeo that was going on right below us.
After a long family nap we hit the Neuse River Trail with the Clark family and completed the entire 13 miles! The daddies pulled the babies while the Mommas chatted while pedaling behind them :)
