These little cuties threw Baby Will a shower last Friday! They gave him bath towels, nightgowns, books, gift cards, stuffed animals and lots of clothes!
A shower wouldn't be complete without some cake!
One of my favorite gifts from that day was a book that the kids had put together. They each had drawn a picture of what they think Will is going to look like, predicted how much he is going to weigh and when he is going to arrive. His arrival date ranged anywhere from March to July....yikes! My favorite page in this book is titled, "What the baby needs to know about Mrs. Pfanmiller", each student listed something important that they thought the baby should be aware of. My first graders are hilarious! (i.e. "Mrs. Pfanmiller doesn't like it when people are dishonest", "Mrs. Pfanmiller loves for her back to be rubbed", "Mrs. Pfanmiller likes to wear pearl earrings and loves good manners.")
