NC State University hosted "Farm Day" today at their Lake Wheeler barn. Tons of kids from all over Raleigh were there visiting with all of the farm animals. Tina, Cori, Jodi and myself took our little ones for the fun. We were also able to visit with Kristiina in between her chaperoning duties.
The kids were able to see cows, horses, goats, pigs, lambs and even hold baby chicks. The big kids were able to sit on the big tractors and practice their driving skills.
My favorite part was the free ice cream NC State distributed to all its visitors today. MMmmm!
Then we had a picnic lunch before heading back home.
