2nd Adventure of the Day

Adventure #2 began shortly after we returned home from our hike. We grabbed breakfast, Will took a nap and then we were en route to the NC Art Museum. We picked up Mimi on the way and off we went. Marshall wanted to see the "BobTrotman" exhibit and I wanted to see the Eric Carle exhibit ("Fins and Feathers").

Put your hands up!

The Eric Carle exhibit was not even picture worthy and a bit of a let down (Will even brought his caterpillar too!), so we went to show Uncle Marsh the cloud chamber off one of the walking paths out back.

And this was the END of our day!

Adam met up with us after the State game and later we went to a friend's 30th bday party. Baby Will got to spend the night at Mimi and BK's house for the night. Due to his exciting day, he was asleep a little after 7pm....whew! So much nature and culture wore him out!
