That is indeed a lie, there was lots to be done :) For our anniversary we took a small trip to The Massanutten Resort in Virginia. Brrr....was it cold! Adam hit the slopes snowboarding each day while I relaxed, read books and visited the spa. We would meet up for lunch and dinner at one of the resort's restaurants. Unfortunately, our trip got cut a day short due to our puppy at home getting sick. Being 5 1/2 hours away, we were useless, but friends and family took great care of her and she is on the mend after recovering from a virus. It was a wonderful trip and we look forward to going back there as a family sometime and exploring the indoor water park, horseback riding, hiking trails, go-kart track and etc.
