Slalom Courses and Hiking Trails

We decided to avoid the beach traffic and stay in town this weekend. Friday night we visited with the latest Hess family addition and took them some Goodberry's. Saturday morning, Adam left with the Flukes to go ski the slalom courses at Coble Ski School in Lillington, NC. Shortly afterwards, Mom and I headed out to Blue Jay Point Nature Park and did some hiking. Most of our trails went right along the water where we watched lots of dogs swim and boats speed by on the lake. Afterwards, we went to lunch and checked out a new little shop called When Pigs Fly. This place is Yard Art heaven!!
