Our friends, Josh and Brooke hosted a Wing Fling at their house on Thursday evening. It was the real deal! Each contestant had to grill, fry or even frill (its when you fry them for a little while and then put them on the grill)their wings, provide their own "magical" sauce and present them on a plate for the judges by 9pm! Lets just say we, Pfanmillers took home the bronze Thursday night. Coming in 3rd out of 7 is not too shabby! Next time we are going for the gold!

You would have definitely taken home the gold if it wasn't for the texture catagory. We also should have made a presentation catagory. Those banana peppers added a unique color to the mix. Best of luck next time.
