The last few days...
We've basically been spending lots of time with our Woodlawn friends. On Thursday, the Peczes organized WL Mexican night and we ate at Las Palmas. Its basically the cheapest and closest Mexican restaurant to us, so we all frequent it often. Who said that 5 couples, 3 newborns and a toddler couldn't all sit together and enjoy a meal? There were doubts considering we couldn't all fit in the waiting area of the restaurant, however, it all worked out and the evening was lots of fun!
Friday night, the Nobles walked over with the twins and we grilled out on our back deck with all the candles. The four of us stayed up late watching the Olympics. Saturday morning, Adam went to a boat show and bought a new ski, which he is super excited about! He came home and we headed across the street to Finley's 1st birthday party. We are getting to be experts with the 1 year old parties. We'll have it all figured out whenever it is our turn. The remainder of the afternoon, Adam went to a "Tool/Gadget Shower" for a friend that is getting married in a couple weeks. Later that evening Adam and I babysat little Peyton. The three of us watched more of the Olympics and ordered pizza.
Today, Adam and I took my parents and brother on a day trip to Lake Hyco. We left early and returned before dinner. Adam was able to try out his new ski and he did awesome! Its nice to spend the day out on the boat and dream about a future lake house.
