Lake HYCO

We got up extra early this morning to beat the crowd and headed out to Roxboro, NC to Lake Hyco. We visited the lake last summer and were eager to get back and show it to Mom and BK. Adam & I are trying to convince them to by a lake house, now that we have a boat. We'll be keeping our fingers crossed!! Hyco wasn't too crowded and the water was actually pretty warm. I got brave and tried to slalom, but no luck yet! After 3 or 4 wipe outs, I decided enough was enough-back to tanning!

This afternoon some of the neighborhood girls decided we needed some pampering. Melody's twin boys are due in a few weeks and a little massaging and rubbing on her 'ole leggies is just what she needed! Erin and I insisted that we go as well and make a girl trip out of it.


Gotta run-off on a date to The Cheesecake Factory!
